Road Trip #2 - Saturday morning Farmer's Market and Winter Garden Pizza Company
I cannot count the number of times we have gone to both the Farmer's Market in Winter Garden and eaten at the Winter Garden Pizza Company.
We always find lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, and I've never had a bad meal at the pizza company. If you get tired of shopping, relax and enjoy the music in the center pavilion.
The Market has quickly grown into a community staple and offers a large selection of vendors from locally grown produce and baked goods, to homemade soaps and fresh flowers, and even live entertainment each week!
Bring the whole family (even your four-legged friends) and experience what makes the Winter Garden Farmers Market so special.
Enjoy LIVE MUSIC every Saturday from 10:30am to 2:00pm
When you get to the Pizza Company I recommend the salad bar, or mozzarella sticks to start, for entrée try the shrimp Alfredo or pizza of course. I'd wash it down with a nice Chardonnay or Riesling.
Take notice of all the local painting on the walls. That's one of the reasons we go there. And recently they changed all the paintings too, so that keeps it interesting. It's such a popular place that I often see people from other parts of town there when I go. It's a can't miss good time.
I've never had a bad meal here, and the service is pretty good even when it is really busy.
